Movers 95

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! I am very busy and typically don't have time to write reviews but this place should NOT be in business and those they have stolen from must warn others. This is my warning to you. This "company" is NOT a moving company; they employ a few people and get other people not employed by them to move your items. I actually had one of the "movers" whisper to me that they were not employed by this company; the company hired them from Craig's List! A list of my experience includes: a DOUBLING of the cost quoted, multipe broken furniture pieces, deep gauges in the floor to my new location, refusal to inform me of when my items would be delivered, their staff hanging up on me and my brother when I tried to contact them, a file cabinet with the lock removed, a working printer that no longer worked upon delivery, refusal to connect my TV although I was told from the origin location that all things disconnected on one end would be reconnected on the other end. When I quoted this to the person, his response was "I don't care what you were told, I will not connect the TV." Exact words. I was repeatedly lied to from staff telling me I would be contacted and never heard from them again. The list could go on and on. This place is a scam and I believe it preys on people (especially women). They were extremely disrespectful to me when I tried to get answers. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS! I have seen very negative reviews about this place and they may be removing them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE OR USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK! I will do everything I can to find as many platforms as possible to leave this review.

This is the third time I have used these movers and I have been so impressed by them at all times. The process is so efficient from the onset when I book my estimate inspection to the final move day. Nothing was lost or damaged. The admin staff are so friendly and professional with constant contact and reminders at each stage of the move. The team I had were so accommodating, no matter what I requested, they just got it done. I cannot thank them enough as they went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them if you are moving. They are my go to moving company from now on.

We were searching for a company to move from and initially, it was a bit of a headache trying to find someone. All the companies I asked for quotes from would annoy me with constant phone calls and high quotes. This company got in touch with the lowest quote and then left me to think about it. When I needed more information, they were very friendly and easy to deal with and helped with everything I didn't understand. It was still an extremely smooth procedure. The delivery arrived quickly and with no damage. Thank you for providing such a great all-round service, we will be sure to use you again in the future.

My move with Movers95 was set up through a booking agency who paired me with Movers95.

Prior to my move their office called to confirm my address and told me their crew would be arriving between 9-11.

On the day of my move Ron gave me a call in the morning letting me know he should be arriving at 9 am sharp.

After signing all the paperwork they got straight o packing.

They wrapped everything they could with thick moving pads and tape to secure it. When they loaded it on to the truck they took great attention to make sure everything fit tightly.

My drop off destination was only an hour and half away and they were able to deliver the same day.

Ron and Samir made my move a truly stress free experience.
